The Joe Louis Greenway Partnership is a 501C3 organization whose purpose is making the Joe Louis Greenway a space that celebrates the strength and resilience of its surrounding communities through inclusive programming, ongoing beautification, and intentional community engagement.

About GM Design

General Motors Global Design Center offers wide-ranging programs that support recruiting, collegiate partner sponsored projects, outreach initiatives and employee training to keep pave with industry trends using modern technologies. Much of this falls under the umbrella that we call Outreach and Development.  Collegiate Relations and Design Leadership partner with design colleges and universities across the US to recruit world-class creative talent that can lead to creative careers at GM Design Center.

 A fast-paced design sprint for youth to imagine the future of real-world community spaces. Sponsored by General Motors Design and convened at one of Detroit's newest community centers - Warren Gateway at Joe Louis Greenway - creative youth will learn and practice design skills while amplifying their ideas for Detroit's future.  Collaborate with design experts, explore ideas for a real-world environment, and discover how design can shape and influence community development.
