About the event
The Green Museum Town Hall at The Wright Museum invites you to an evening of conversation, creativity, and collaboration. This event brings together community members, experts in the field, and U of M School for Environment and Sustainability students to help shape future narratives of our outdoor spaces. Through storytelling, hands-on engagement, and design, we’ll explore voice and vision, grounded in environmental sustainability and African American cultural heritage. Together, we’ll imagine how The Wright’s mission can extend beyond its walls—connecting history, resilience, and stewardship in powerful, place-based ways.
This is part of Design Core’s Month of Design. This hybrid event – offered both online and in-person (registration required) – will take place on September 25, 2025. Doors open at 5:00pm and the program will take place from 5:30–7:30pm.
