About the event
Bring your laptops and your creativity, we’re hosting an Animation Jam! You’ll have the opportunity to create a short animated film, from concept to final product in one weekend. This event is great for designers, illustrators, and other creatives who are interested in animation and want to work in a group with all different levels of experience.
We'll have mentors from the Detroit animation industry on-site to help teams along the way. They’ll assist with storytelling, creating ideas, and technical issues. We’ll also provide a short tutorial at the beginning to help you understand the process of creating a successful animation. Participants must be 18 years or older.
If you do not have your own laptop please let us know when you RSVP by reaching out to info@gunner.school. We have 7 Mac Pro workstations with the Adobe Creative Suite and Blender that can be used. These will be available on…
