Ruff Cut Official Pop-Up at eugenie

eugenie will host a pop-up for our 2024 Designer Grant recipient, Mariah Ruff of Ruff Cut Official, during Detroit Month of Design. Known for transforming secondhand garments into one-of-a-kind, artful pieces, Mariah Ruff’s work fuses sustainability with radical self-expression. Her collections celebrate individuality, Detroit grit, and the beauty of standing out.

At this special pop-up event, guests will have the opportunity to meet the designer, hear the stories behind her process, and shop her newest fall collection: a limited run of reimagined menswear and womenswear. Expect bold patchwork, signature color blocking, and thoughtfully constructed silhouettes that blur the line between streetwear and wearable art. Each piece is one-of-one, crafted from reclaimed textiles and built to make a statement. Accessories and select home goods will also be available, all made with the same commitment to storytelling, sustainability, and soul.
