Art Prize: Pitch Night

ArtPrize is partnering with Design Core Detroit to present Pitch Night Detroit 2026. Five designers will be selected to take the stage for five minutes each, pitching bold, original concepts to a panel of five jurors -- all competing for a $10,000 grant to bring their work to life at the 2026 ArtPrize event.

Event Schedule

6:30PM - Doors Open. Beverages & light bites by La Casa Tabla. Live music by Milah Renee.

7:15PM - Designer Presentations begin.

8:30PM - Audience mingles while judges deliberate.

9:00PM - Winners announced.

This grant is dedicated to design-driven proposals from designers 18 years and older, with preference given to those based in Wayne County, Michigan. In addition to the grant, the selected designer will receive complimentary ArtPrize registration and hands-on support in securing a high-visibility exhibition venue during the event.
