About the event

Join us for a relaxing sound meditation, an immersive experience exploring the intentional design of restorative space through sound, breath, movement, and silence. Let soothing sounds help you de-stress, find stillness, and find inner peace. This session uses sound to help your body relax by lowering stress hormones, slowing your heart rate, and guiding your mind into a calm state. During sound meditation, instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes create an immersive experience that can help you relax deeply, reduce stress, and improve your focus. As you listen, you can shift from busy thoughts to a state of presence, and many people notice less pain and a better mood as a result of the vibrations.

This session is great for anyone who wants to bring their mind, body, and spirit back into balance.

Circle of Friends Sakrael Resonance takes place on the second Saturday of each month in 2026.
