About the event

Celebrate Detroit Month of Design by creating with nature! Join us for a free drop-in eco-dyeing workshop at AKOMA at Oakland Avenue Urban Farm. Using leaves, flowers, and other botanicals grown on-site, you'll create two unique botanical prints on cotton. Take one home and contribute the other to Fiber Art on the Ave, a collaborative outdoor installation celebrating creativity, sustainability, and community. No experience is necessary, and all materials are provided.
