The objective is to foster a broad conversation concerning affordable housing opportunities, climate impact and material decision-making, and innovation within mixed-use developments across Detroit's evolving neighborhoods.

As the owner, developer, designer, and architect of record for this local project, Three Squared is proactively addressing the housing crisis. We prioritize innovation to promote not only change but also industry advancement. The team is now actively transitioning to mass timber construction for this project to provide the first Mass Timber constructed mixed-use, multifamily development in Detroit.
