,,FOR THE LOVE OF’’ (FTLO) is a runway show featuring collections of handmade garments created by Detroit-based fashion designers. This year, the three designers from our inaugural 2024 event have each invited a new designer to mentor and join the FTLO legacy, launching a tradition that will give a platform to Detroit talent for years to come.
Each year, designers interpret the theme ,,FOR THE LOVE OF…” in their own way, creating collections that reflect the mindset and craftsmanship of Detroit. Building on the momentum of last year, this year's show promises an even more polished and elevated experience for participating designers and our audience members, raising the standards for how we showcase work in the city.
