About the event
Livernois Art on the Avenue 2026 is a corridor-wide celebration of art, design, culture, and community along Detroit’s historic Livernois Avenue of Fashion, bringing together galleries, artists, creative businesses, restaurants, and retailers from Clarita to Eight Mile Road.
Visitors are invited to explore exhibitions, artist showcases, creative demonstrations, live entertainment, shopping, food, and special activities hosted throughout the district. Participating galleries include Jo’s Gallery, Sherwood Forest Art, The Felle Gallery, MAC Galleries, Art in Motion, Eric’s I’ve Been Framed, and other businesses along the corridor.
Each participating location will offer its own experience, giving guests an opportunity to discover new artists, support independent businesses, and enjoy the creative energy of the district. Art on the Avenue highlights the cultural legacy, entrepreneurship, and artistic talent that make Livernois one of Detroit’s most distinctive arts and design destinations. This is a free, family-friendly event.
