About the event
The Museum of Design Detroit's SCORE: Sports by Design exhibition will explore the history of sports in Detroit and Michigan, from informal neighborhood play and community recreation to professional athletic careers and the vast ecosystem of occupations that support the sports industry. Through historical interpretation, design-focused storytelling, career mapping, and workforce development resources, the exhibition will demonstrate how sports have shaped culture, innovation, business, and employment opportunities throughout Michigan.
