Where We Belong is an exhibition about who gets to stay, own, and call this place home, because everyone deserves a place that is truly theirs. Rooted across three cities, it asks who stays, and who comes to make Michigan home.
Move through a home told in chapters of belonging: tender portraits of local families, work by invited artists, and a story booth for your own heirlooms and the stories they hold. Programming brings longtime residents, new neighbors, and future families to one table.
